Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Virginia Grant for your life coaching needs. Please review our refund policy carefully.

Payment and Rescheduling:

• All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your payment to a new appointment, provided you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled session time, no refund or transfer of payment will be issued.

 

Rationale:

This policy is in place to respect the time commitment of both the client and the coach.

Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from utilizing valuable session time and disrupt the coaching schedule.
